Your impact

Make an impact on major water infrastructure projects from design to delivery.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead water infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. You'll work closely with clients, designers, and construction teams to deliver high quality projects that shape resilient urban infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead water infrastructure projects from early concept through detailed design, and construction support
  • Own project delivery; scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders
  • Chair and lead design and coordination meetings, ensuring clear actions and outcomes
  • Manage design approvals, permits, and statutory submissions
  • Provide technical oversight for stormwater and pipeline hydraulic design
  • Review and approve design reports, drawings, calculations, and tender documents
  • Support construction teams by resolving design queries, and constructability issues
  • Monitor and report on project costs, forecasts, and financial performance

Here's what you'll need

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess

  • Minimum a Degree in Civil, Environmental, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering from Singapore PEB-recognized university
  • Certified Project Manager (CPM Tier 3 or above) will be an added advtange
  • PE or Chartered Engineer status will be an added advantage
  • 10+ years experience delivering civil or water infrastructure projects
  • Experience with stormwater or pressure pipeline hydraulic design/modelling
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office / MS Project, with working knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation
