As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key member of the project team, comprising the Project Managers, Product/Programme Managers, Product Operations, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Designers, and Infrastructure Engineers to deliver ICT capabilities.
You will work with outsourced/co-sourced/insourced development teams to ensure delivery of defined digital solutions driven, where you will be based.
You will advise stakeholders on best practices in use of digital technologies, and work with stakeholder in deploying the digital solutions.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and track multiple projects across the various teams, ensuring efficient progress and timely completion.
Coordinate procurement related activities such as contract renewals, licenses
Coordinate system security audits and vulnerability assessments preparations and completion.
Facilitate collaboration between the development and technology team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, statuses, and reports, serving as the primary source of project information for the teams.
Organise and lead regular cadence meetings to keep senior leadership updated on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
Identify and help overcome blockers in project execution, proactively proposing solutions and facilitating decision-making processes.
Implement and manage project management tools and processes to enhance team efficiency and transparency.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical team members.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on tracking and managing short-term projects.
Experience in facilitating collaboration between diverse teams, particularly business development and technology teams.
Ability to quickly understand and summarise complex technical concepts for reporting purposes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project blockers.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and their business implications is a plus.
Adaptability and comfort with working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
