ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Lead project teams to manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality standards of works.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects from inception through completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements
- Monitor performance and implement cost control and efficiency measures
- Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams and junior staff
- Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior leadership
- Prepare and present Technical Writeout for tender submission and evaluation
- Prepare and present WSH, QC/QA for project execution
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, including large scale or complex projects
- Proven ability to manage budgets over $10M and deliver on time.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Those who do not meet the qualification will be considered for junior post and vice-versa.
