Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager / Major Project Manager based in Singapore, offering flexibility to work from home as needed. The role involves overseeing major projects, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating resources such as logistics and inspections, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring communication between stakeholders is seamless and effective. The role also entails managing expediting processes to meet timelines while maintaining quality control and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation
• Experience and proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor activities, ensuring timely delivery and performance
• Knowledge and capabilities in Inspection and quality assurance processes
• Expertise in Logistics Management, ensuring efficient supply chain coordination
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred
