SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (M&E)

Job Responsibilities

1. To engage in project engineering of ACMV and Electrical Systems
2. To manage and lead co-ordination of assigned projects/site & facilities
3. To liaise with clients and consultants on projects
4. To co-ordinate sub-contract works
5. Cost management of projects to be within budget
6. Preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders
7. Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

1. Min. 10 years of experience in M&E works
2. Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3. Strong knowledge in Autocad drawings
4. Good coordination and management skills
5. Team Leader
