Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and resolution for mechanical issues, including ACMV and fire protection systems.
- Review and interpret specifications, drawings, and compliance documents ensure technical alignment with project needs.
- Support tenders with technical write-ups, value engineering, and presentation materials.
- Mentor junior engineers and engage with clients and consultants to explore new project opportunities.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, manpower forecasting, and progress tracking using MS Project.
- Monitor project cash flow and P&L attend coordination meetings to address operational and site challenges.
- Handle VO submissions, subcontractor claims, and ensure adherence to contract terms and safety standards.
- Lead site problem-solving and foster strong team collaboration and motivation.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (recognized by PE Board / BCA / IES).
- Minimum 10 years experience in M&E consultancy or related fields.
- Must have strong technical expertise in ACMV and fire protection systems.
- PE (Mechanical) certification is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and familiar with project and contract management.
