About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore for a Senior Construction Project Manager, in the Electrical Engineering field. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and teams. The Senior Construction Project Manager will coordinate with stakeholders, ensure adherence to safety guidelines, procure materials, and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Additionally, the role requires preparing project documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects
• Manage timelines, budgets, and teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Power Engineering, or related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in Construction Management, Project Planning, and Execution
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Experience with Procurement, Budgeting, and Resource Allocation
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocols
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently

Preferred Skills

• Experience in similar roles within the industry
• Familiarity with advanced project management methodologies
