Senior Project Manager (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for electrical systems.
• Site Management: Lead technical and site coordination meetings, managing site progress, subcontractors, and worker performance.
• Technical Compliance: Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and ensure work adheres to regulatory and industry standards.
• Financial Control: Monitor project costs, manage budgets, prepare progress claims, and handle variations (VO) to reach final accounts.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Risk Mitigation: Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing electrical engineering projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in electrical systems (switchgear, power distribution, ELV, BMS) and building regulations.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management (PMP certification is a plus), and communication skills.
• Tools: Proficient in AutoCAD and project management software (e.g., MS Project)
