Job Summary
Drive business growth by sourcing and engaging clients for commercial renovation projects. Provide expert advice on design concepts and materials, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate between clients and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Source new clients and follow up on enquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings to generate business opportunities
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional advice on design concepts, space planning, and material selection
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and present renovation proposals to clients to support informed decision-making
- Negotiate contract terms with clients to achieve sales targets and secure agreements
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between clients and technical teams (designers and contractors) to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to gather information for quotations and proactively resolve issues arising during project implementation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably within commercial interior design, renovation, or furniture sectors
- Familiarity with renovation processes, building materials, and interpreting construction drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to use design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
