Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set goals, and manage the end-to-end electrical installation, including testing and commissioning.
- Site Management: Supervise daily on-site operations, manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to timelines and technical specifications.
- Budget & Schedule Control: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, identify critical dependencies, and ensure cost control to avoid budget overruns.
- Safety & Quality Compliance: Conduct regular safety assessments (EHS programs) and ensure all electrical installations comply with regulatory standards and building codes.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain relationships with clients, providing project updates, handling technical issues, and resolving challenges.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in electrical engineering, construction projects, or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems, power quality, renewable energy systems, and electrical design.
- Education: A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, often with professional qualifications.
- Skills: Leadership, data-driven decision-making, proficiency in scheduling software, and excellent communication skills.
