Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

• Lead and manage projects involving internal and external stakeholders, both IT and non-IT, Business Analysts, and other project team members.
• Demonstrate expertise in project planning with stakeholder-specific granularity, ensuring alignment with business vision, strategy, and requirements.
  
  

Team Management

• Manage project teams effectively, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance.
• Utilize strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members towards project goals.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels, including the Executive Committee.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  
  

Analytical Skills

• Exhibit exceptional analytical skills to assess project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Implement proactive strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  
  

Communication

• Be a clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal.
• Prepare and present project progress reports regularly to various stakeholders, providing insights and updates.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of core project management experience.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and creating project plans with stakeholder-specific granularity.
• Expertise in leading and delivering large projects involving diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of business vision, strategy, and requirements.
