Job Description

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, including system design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
  • Manage complex system integration projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Provide strong leadership in manpower planning, resource deployment, performance management, and team development.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and escalations, and implement mitigation actions where required.
  • Support pre-sales and tender activities by providing technical input, solution proposals, and cost considerations.
  • Oversee project financials, including budgets, cost control, cash flow, and vendor management, to ensure project profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager
  • Preferably system-based main contractor experience and client experience
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Systems, ICT, or related discipline).
  • At least 15 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex systems-based projects, with a strong background in systems integration, ELV, ICT, or transport/infrastructure systems.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end project leadership, from design and integration through testing, commissioning, and operational handover.
  • Strong leadership experience in manpower planning, multi-disciplinary team management, and senior-level performance oversight.
  • Solid ownership of project commercial and financial performance, including budgets, cost control, cash flow, variations, and vendor management.
  • Extensive experience managing senior client and stakeholder relationships, including consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-risk, mission-critical projects, manage escalations, and drive timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Ability to provide technical and strategic leadership in tenders and pre-sales, including system architecture input, risk assessment, and cost strategy.
