Senior Project Manager (Architectural)

We are partnering with a reputable organisation to appoint a Senior Project Manager (Architectural) to lead the delivery of large-scale, technically complex developments.

This role is suited for a senior architectural professional with strong governance, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination experience across high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design development through construction and completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams across architectural, structural, MEP and specialist disciplines.
• Oversee project governance including cost, schedule, risk, and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and technical standards.
• Manage procurement, tender documentation, contract administration and variation control.
• Coordinate stakeholder interfaces and phased implementation where required.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture; professional registration preferred.
• Minimum 12 years experience delivering large, complex building projects.
• Proven experience managing significant project values and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of authority submission and regulatory processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Sound contractual and commercial knowledge.
