We are partnering with a reputable organisation to appoint a Senior Project Manager (Architectural) to lead the delivery of large-scale, technically complex developments.

This role is suited for a senior architectural professional with strong governance, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination experience across high-value projects.

Key responsibilities

Lead projects from design development through construction and completion.
Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams across architectural, structural, MEP and specialist disciplines.
Oversee project governance including cost, schedule, risk, and executive reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and technical standards.
Manage procurement, tender documentation, contract administration and variation control.
Coordinate stakeholder interfaces and phased implementation where required.

Role requirements

Degree in Architecture professional registration preferred.
Minimum 12 years experience delivering large, complex building projects.
Proven experience managing significant project values and multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of authority submission and regulatory processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Sound contractual and commercial knowledge.
