Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning & execution for semiconductor plant and piping projects.
- Manage project plans covering scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams.
- Apply industry knowledge of semiconductor construction and piping systems to ensure compliance.
- Review design specs with engineering teams to meet client and safety standards.
- Oversee on-site work with focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and crews to maintain budgets and timelines.
- Enforce quality control through inspections and audits.
- Manage project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities assist with cost estimates.
- Serve as key client contact and maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 years of working experience in Bulk / Specialty Gas.
- Proven background in semiconductor plant projects and piping.
- Able to read technical drawings strong communication.
