Job Summary
Lead and coordinate construction projects by managing clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely progress, quality compliance, and safety on site.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and correspond with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to align project objectives and deliverables
- Lead and develop project engineers and teams to support company growth and project success
- Supervise subcontractors and project teams to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards
- Plan and prepare work schedules, monitor construction progress, and adjust plans to meet deadlines
- Conduct site supervision to ensure construction quality control and compliance with regulations
- Prepare monthly progress reports and progress claims to track project status and financials
- Oversee all structural and civil works to maintain project integrity and safety
- Ensure construction sites remain safe, orderly, and compliant with safety standards at all times
- Prepare detailed reports including feasibility, proposals, progress, inspection, and completion documentation
- Establish and maintain inventory control procedures to guarantee resource availability for projects
- Participate in tender processes by contributing to budgeting, planning, and proposal development
- Perform other site administration duties and ad-hoc assignments as required to support project delivery
