Job Description
- Assist director in daily business management, schedule & coordination
- Manage daily office operations and administrative procedures
- Support management in planning and executing business activities
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and basic financial reporting
- Data entry, document control, report writing & presentation preparation
- Office administration, procurement, inventory & operational support
- Ad-hoc projects & duties assigned by director
- Agree to occasional business travel as required
- Adapt to flexible working arrangements to meet business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome (strong academic record preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace
- Familiar with online marketing, social media operations, e-commerce basics
- Strong numerical & analytical skills able to handle accounts & data independently
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive, good communication & interpersonal skills
