Job Description:
- Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
- Coordinate with Architectural and M&E team to ensure final design is aligned with Architect's design intent
- Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submission
- Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
- To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades (M&E and Architectural) for projects specifications & other technical issues
- To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
- Attend meetings and site walks during the construction phase of project
- Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
- Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard
Job Requirements:
- 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturday)
- Recognized degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public or private residential, government and commercial building projects, with at least completed one project as track record. (HDB Experience preferred)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player and handle stress and deadlines.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented person
