Job scope

For New Project:

Design and oversee the installation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems in buildings, including ductwork, piping and equipment selection

To Conduct site inspections to ensure work procedure is adhered to

To Manage junior engineers to ensure project progresses as per timeline

. To prepare report n coordinate with building owner, consultant m contractors to ensure acmv/hvac systems are implemented as per building design

For Maintenance

. To Develop and implement maintenance programs for HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency

Requirements

. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

. 4 years experience of Acmv/HVAC project management

. 4 years experience of equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design

. 4 years experience of Singapore building codes, regulations related to HVAC systems

. 4 years experience pf design software AutoCAD

. 5 days work week with alternate half Saturday.
