Position: Senior Project Cum Production Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Cum Production Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end operations. This pivotal role requires a unique blend of strategic project management expertise and hands-on production leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while simultaneously driving efficiency and excellence on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and finalization of manufacturing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth progression from concept to completion.
- Report on project progress, milestones, and KPIs to all stakeholders.
Production Management:
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to maximize output and minimize costs.
- Manage production budgets, control costs, and optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a supervisors and carpenters
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a combined project and production management role within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.

- Driving License: Compulsory to have Class 3 license, and good to have Class 4 license.
