Key Responsibilities
Local university program delivery and quality assurance (40%)
- Plan, schedule, and execute programs under the local university partnership
- Coordinate trainers, venues, platforms, materials, assessments, and certification
- Manage the full learner journey from enquiry to completion
- Comply with client requirements and constraints
- Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to meet placement goals
- Drive high learner satisfaction and NPS scores across all key accounts with our operations team
- Instructor management and payment with our operations/finance team
Strategic Operations Enablement, Reporting and Compliance (30%)
- Oversee day-to-day operations across corporate and public CuriousCore programs
- Track enrolments, utilisation, revenue, and margin; report to leadership and key stakeholders
- Introduce best practices in program operations and curriculum development
- Maintain compliance with university guidelines, SkillsFuture and HRDF certifying bodies in Singapore and Malaysia
- P&L management at the course level for public courses
Curriculum & Assessment Development and Management (30%)
- Work with external subject matter experts and our Content Designer to create and improve the course content
- Coordinate and manage the creation of assessment and synchronous/asynchronous content
- Oversee the team running the public WSQ programs
- Ensure assessment plans, curriculum development arterfacts and business case are in order
- Support in new course proposals and tender documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in business, education, or a related field; ACLP/DACE or equivalent preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in program or operations management, ideally in L&D, executive education, EdTech, or higher education
- Experience acquiring and managing institutional or corporate accounts and contributing to tenders or large training proposals
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across institutional clients, corporate partners, and trainers
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and adaptable — comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast-growing tech enabled startup environment
- AI Literate in adult learning and talent development using Gen AI tools to speed up the process
