Senior Program Manager (Semiconductor CapEx)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead complex programs from initial concept through to customer fulfillment, ensuring all milestones are met with precision.

• Strategic Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Tier-1 global customers, nurturing relationships and aligning manufacturing capabilities with customer roadmaps.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and meet stringent quality scorecards.

• Operational Excellence: Manage demand forecasting, conduct risk assessments, and resolve material constraints to prevent supply chain disruptions.

• Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and manage resource allocation to support scaling operations.

• Data-Driven Reporting: Utilize advanced ERP and PLM tools to provide executive-level insights on program health, budgets, and inventory goals.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in Program Management/Planning, specifically within the Semiconductor or High-Tech Manufacturing sectors.

• Systems Knowledge: Highly proficient in major ERP and PLM systems (e.g., Oracle/Agile) and advanced Excel (Macros).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Certification: PMP certification is highly advantageous.
