Job Summary
Manage customer relationships and lead project execution from RFQ to mass production within the Electronics Manufacturing Services sector, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive revenue growth and business expansion
- Manage customer RFQ processes by preparing accurate costing and sales strategies for submission
- Lead project management activities from RFQ stage through to mass production to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate and liaise with customers and internal departments to align project activities and resolve issues
- Drive project deliverables and action plans by utilizing reports, checklists, and other project management tools
- Manage product Engineering Change Orders (ECO), End of Life (EOL) processes, and inventory control to optimize product lifecycle management
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Sales-related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCBA, or Box Build activities
- Proven experience in process manufacturing and program management
- Understanding of EMS cost structure and cost modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
