About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Product Leader to own and elevate our trading product line. If you have a deep understanding of exchange architecture, a passion for high-performance UI/UX, and the strategic foresight to navigate the volatile crypto market, we want to hear from you.
You will lead a dedicated product team and will be responsible for defining the strategy that bridges spot, futures, and options trading. You will act as the bridge between complex market mechanics and seamless user experiences, ensuring our platform remains the #1 choice for traders globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define the product roadmap for the trading vertical. Conduct in-depth analysis of global crypto market trends to formulate long-term strategies and short-term execution plans. Define the product matrix to ensure competitive dominance, drive asset growth, and create synergy across trading business units.
- Product Design & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from user research and functional architecture to interface design. Continuously iterate based on data and feedback to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and ease of use for core trading features.
- Business Development & Ecosystem: Explore partnerships with institutional traders, quantitative funds, and blockchain projects to enrich trading resources and strategies. Identify opportunities for new trading models and business scenarios.
- Risk Management: Establish and refine risk assessment frameworks. Monitor trading risks in real time to safeguard user assets, and develop contingency plans for market volatility and system anomalies.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale the product team. Foster a culture of innovation, set clear KPIs, and provide career development guidance to elevate team execution and combat effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Build robust data monitoring systems to analyze user behavior and trading data, transforming insights into actionable product improvements.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in internet/fintech, with at least 2 years in a management role within financial services (Securities, Futures, or Digital Asset Exchanges). Background in Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics is preferred.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Spot, Futures, and Options trading logic. Must be intimately familiar with concepts such as order types, position management, margin mechanisms, and liquidation principles.
- Proven Track Record: Successfully delivered complex financial products from concept to launch, demonstrating strong execution, coordination, and strategic planning skills.
- Communication: Clear, logical thinker with the ability to articulate complex ideas to cross-functional stakeholders. Capable of defending design decisions and influencing without authority.
- Tools: Proficiency in mainstream product design tools such as Axure, Figma, and Office suites.
