The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering next generation software solutions for the game developer ecosystem. You will bridge technical execution with business priorities to build and scale a suite of tools that empower developers worldwide. This is a high impact, high visibility role requiring close collaboration with engineering teams, cross functional partners, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the business aspect of the end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and execution for a suite of AI software tools designed for gaming Industry.
- Drive product decisions that directly support business outcomes, via the different business models, licensing, pricing and monetization strategy.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy end-to-end, including positioning, messaging, pricing & packaging, launch plans, channel strategy, and sales enablement.
- Drive 0→1 product development, including concept validation, MVP definition, early‑user engagement, with an emphasis on the monetization strategy, and initial scaling.
- Partner with Tech Sales/GTM on pipeline and expansion: develop playbooks, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and improve sales velocity through packaging and proof points.
- Define monetization approaches (pricing, packaging, licensing, distribution strategies) that align with customer value and long‑term growth.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical stakeholders and business leaders, translating complex technical topics into clear, value‑driven narratives.
- Monitor product performance through analytics and qualitative feedback identify opportunities to optimize adoption, retention, and revenue.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide strategic decisions and maintain an informed perspective on the game developer ecosystem.
- Own customer discovery and voice of customer: interviews, feedback loops and beta programs convert insights into clear requirements.
- Measure and optimize product performance using data-driven insights-define KPIs, instrument funnels, monitor cohort health, and run experiments to improve conversion and retention.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog with well-defined epics/user stories and acceptance criteria validate outcomes, approve releases, and ensure continuous improvement post-launch.

Pre-Requisites :
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within gaming, developer software, or related technical domains.
- Experience with go‑to‑market execution, early‑stage (0→1) product development, and product monetization strategies preferred.
- Strong understanding of PC game development tools, workflows, and market landscape.
- Proven track record of launching at least two recognized public‑facing products, features, or IP on well‑known platforms.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into intuitive, user‑centered product experiences.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and balance competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong decision‑making grounded in both data insights and business context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable interfacing with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Passion for gaming and experience in the games industry is a strong plus.
- Hands‑on experience with Unity and Unreal Engine is good to have.
