You will lead financial and controlling activities across the expanding Southeast Asia and Oceania markets, enjoying a flexible 4.5-day work week and a hybrid model with 2 days in the office.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of regional asset accounting including capitalization, depreciation, and reporting.

• Manage the construction-in-progress portfolio to ensure timely and accurate transfers upon project finalization.

• Lead the monthly financial close process by overseeing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance assessments.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors to facilitate seamless statutory audit completions.

• Utilize advanced technology and automation tools to identify and implement operational workflow efficiencies.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy professional with strong technical expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.

• Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in an accounting function, preferably within a global multinational firm.

• Advanced proficiency in standard office productivity software and exposure to tier-1 financial systems.

• Familiarity with modern automation tools or AI-driven processes to enhance financial accuracy.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
