We are a dynamic software development company specializing in providing tailored internet solutions for e-commerce, finance, and other industries. We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for guiding business teams in ensuring profitability and maximizing KPIs, while creating applications with excellent user experiences. He / She will work closely with overseas client's business teams, data analytics, and marketing, with help from the Director of Product Management.
Job Responsibilities
1. Full Lifecycle Product Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the company's core products, including research, requirements analysis, feature design, project management, testing, and delivery. Ensure high-quality execution from concept to launch, with a primary focus on managing game finance-related products to meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences.
2. User Needs Discovery and Innovation: Deeply explore user needs within the game finance sector. Align with industry trends and company strategy to define product development direction and feature planning, driving business growth and enhancing user experience.
3. Data-Driven Product Optimization: Utilize operational data, user feedback, and market research to develop optimization strategies. Continuously iterate on the product to improve key metrics and user satisfaction.
4. Market Insights and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on trends and competitors within the game finance industry. Analyze market dynamics to provide forward-looking suggestions for product development.
5. Experience Design and Interaction Improvement: Take charge of the product interface and interactions, optimizing user flows and experience details. Promote the advancement of product design standards.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration and Leadership: Coordinate across design, development, testing, and operations teams. Manage project schedules and resource allocation to ensure efficient product delivery.
7. Product Evaluation and Improvement: Proactively assess and evaluate the product to identify design blind spots and improvement opportunities. Propose innovative solutions to enhance the product's competitiveness.
8. Strategic Planning: Combine user needs with data analysis to create long-term product development plans, driving the implementation of strategic goals.
9. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Produce high-quality product documentation. Facilitate team knowledge sharing and experience retention to enhance organizational capabilities.
Job Requirements
1. Experience and Professional Expertise: Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Expert. Proficient in managing the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100. Must have experience in finance and/or game industries, with in-depth knowledge of product development, market trends, and user needs in this sector.
2. Business Sensitivity: High sensitivity to industry and market dynamics in finance and/or game. Ability to quickly identify user needs and business pain points and propose innovative solutions.
3. Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and developing key product metric systems.
4. Logical Thinking and Communication Skills: Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, and cross-department collaboration abilities. Capable of coordinating diverse resources to ensure project success.
5. Leadership and Responsibility: Outstanding team management and collaboration skills. Strong sense of responsibility and ambition, with the ability to manage complex environments.
6. Innovation and Structured Thinking: Passionate about product design with a high degree of creativity and structured thinking to consistently deliver value.
7. Stress Management and Results Orientation: Strong stress tolerance and execution abilities, with a results-oriented mindset focused on implementation and value realization.
8. Learning Ability: Quick learner, capable of adapting to fast-changing market environments and technological trends.
9. Language Requirements: Must be a bilingual foreign national or a local Singaporean with fluent English communication skills. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with global teams. 10. Other Requirements: Strong sense of responsibility and proactive problem-solving skills.
