The Role
The Product Manager, Business Accounts will be responsible for driving the direction of the product and growing adoption of one of Finmo's core products. In this role you will own the roadmap, launch, positioning, commercial success, and ongoing enhancements of Finmo's Business Accounts Suite. The Business Account Suite ties together Global Currency Accounts, payments, FX conversion, Yield, Card Issuing, and Stablecoins into a coherent business proposition.
You will sit at the seam between product, sales, marketing, and revenue partnering with all to successfully deliver go-to-market execution. Primary tasks include speaking with customers to understand their needs and how we are serving them. You will track competitor movements and positioning. Use the data gathered from your analysis to define opportunities that strengthen the product and prioritize those initiatives for development. You will work closely with a development team organizing frequent standups and pushing out new functionality under Finmo's continuous delivery model.
Success in this role is not measured by delivering new products. It is defined by taking what you've delivered to market and driving adoption cohort by cohort and directly contributing to Finmo's business growth. The Product Manager will take ownership of the product and will be relied on by the CPO and VP of Product and be the go-to person liaising with teams from other departments.
What You'll Own
- Business Accounts GTM strategy — positioning, packaging, pricing, and launch sequencing for Global Currency Accounts, the FX Engine, Yield, Card Issuing, and Stablecoins as an integrated suite.
- Launch ownership — you will collaborate with sales and marketing to run the launches end-to-end: readiness, narrative, sales enablement, marketing assets, pricing pages, in-product moments, and post-launch iteration.
- Adoption and activation — you own the funnel from sign up to funded account, to first FX, to first card, to first yield allocation. You define the metrics and you move them.
- Sales partnership — you are the product voice in front of prospects and customers. You build the pitch, arm the AEs, sit in on deal reviews, and remove friction from the sales cycle.
- Marketing partnership — you brief and review campaigns, landing pages, webinars, and content. You sign off on messaging. You are the guardrail on how the product is described in the market.
- Voice of the market — you bring competitive intelligence, corridor economics, ICP feedback, and pricing signals back to the CPO, VP of Product, and platform PMs.
- Business outcomes — accounts opened, balances held, FX volumes, yield deployed, cards issued, stablecoin flows. Your scorecard is the P&L of the Business Accounts line.
- What This Role Is Not
- You are not the platform PM. You will not own the FX engine's pricing logic, the ledger design, or the card issuing integration internals. You will partner with the PMs who do.
- You are not a product marketer. You will work hand-in-glove with product marketing, but you own the commercial success — not just the assets.
- You are not a backlog manager. You will influence what platform teams build next based on what the market is telling you — but your day job is launching and growing, not sprint ceremonies.
Who You Are
- You come from a neobank, digital business bank, or fintech scale-up — in an emerging or developed market — and you have taken a business accounts product from launch to meaningful scale.
- You have owned commercial outcomes, not just feature releases. You can talk about accounts opened, activation rates, unit economics, and cohort behavior with the same fluency as roadmap.
- You understand multi-product GTM. You have launched adjacent products (FX, cards, yield, savings) into an existing base and driven cross-sell.
- You are analytical. You will seek out and use data to drive priorities.
- You are commercially fluent. Pricing, take rates, IC++, corridor margins, interchange, yield economics — you do not need it translated.
- You are a strong writer and communicator. You can brief a designer, arm an AE, present to the exec team, and rewrite a landing page — often in the same day.
- You are AI-native in how you work. You use AI tools to prototype user interface and user experience throughout the product. Landing pages, iterate on messaging, build competitive tear-downs, and analyze cohort data faster than the person next to you.
- Express your opinion and have conviction. As a leader you need to be able to explain why you believe certain initiative deserves priority. At times it will be possible express and defend your point of view.
Experience We Expect
- 6+ years in product, GTM product, or product marketing, with at least 3 years at a neobank, digital business bank, or B2B fintech.
- Direct experience launching and scaling business accounts, multi-currency accounts, FX, cards, yield, or stablecoin products.
- A demonstrable track record of moving business metrics — not just shipping features. Bring the numbers to the interview.
- Comfort operating in a regulated environment (banking, EMI, PSP, or MAS/FCA-equivalent licensing).
- Experience in emerging or developed markets with real cross-border complexity — Southeast Asia, India, LatAm, MENA, UK, or Europe.
A Typical Month
- Owning the launch plan for the next Business Accounts release across product, sales, and marketing.
- Sitting in on 5–10 sales calls and pipeline reviews to hear what is landing and what is not.
- Rewriting a pricing page, briefing a new campaign, and signing off on a demo script.
- Running the weekly Business Accounts scorecard with the CPO and VP of Product — activation, balances, FX volume, cards issued, yield deployed.
- Building a competitive positioning doc for a new market or corridor.
- Working with platform PMs on the two or three roadmap changes that will unlock the next tier of growth.
What You'll Get
- Ownership of the launch and growth of one of Finmo's most strategic revenue lines.
- Direct partnership with the CPO, VP of Product, and Head of Sales — you will be in the room where decisions are made.
- A regulated, licensed platform already moving real money — not a green-field pitch.
- Meaningful equity, a serious tooling budget, and the autonomy to build the GTM function around this product line.
