Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Presales Consultant with extensive expertise in software, cloud, and AI technologies. The successful candidate will bring over ten years of hands-on experience in presales or technical solution consulting within enterprise environments. This role demands a strategic thinker who can engage with senior stakeholders and design robust technology solutions that align with complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in-depth technical discussions and discovery workshops with clients to understand their strategic business and technical challenges.
  • Create and deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept exercises that showcase the value of our software, cloud, and AI solutions.
  • Manage the technical sales cycle from initial engagement through proposal development, responding to RFPs, and supporting contract negotiations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during their digital transformation journey, providing insights on cloud adoption, AI integration, and enterprise architecture.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including sales, engineering, and product management to ensure alignment and seamless solution delivery.
  • Keep abreast of evolving technologies and industry trends, actively sharing knowledge to enhance the team&aposs capabilities.
  • Mentor junior presales professionals and contribute to best practice development across presales functions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in presales, solution consulting, or similar roles within the software, cloud, or AI sectors.
  • Proven capability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI/machine learning technologies, and enterprise software architecture.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sophisticated sales cycles and delivering high-impact customer engagements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools is advantageous.
