How You Succeed
To succeed in this role, you&aposll need to truly understand the needs and desires of our customers. You&aposll work closely with them to identify their goals and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. You&aposll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure that you&aposre always providing the best possible advice.
What You Do
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Managing a portfolio of high-value mortgage customers
- Providing expert advice on mortgage products and services
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, referral partners, and internal stakeholders
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Who You Are
- Proven track record in mortgage sales
- Experience dealing with high networth clients is preferred
- Possess great work attitude, coupled with good customer service skills and a high degree of initiative
- Driven and able to work well under pressure to meet the sales targets, and also able to commit to work variable hours
