How You Succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to truly understand the needs and desires of our customers. You'll work closely with them to identify their goals and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure that you're always providing the best possible advice.
What You Do
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Managing a portfolio of high-value mortgage customers
- Providing expert advice on mortgage products and services
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, referral partners, and internal stakeholders
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Who You Are
- Proven track record in mortgage sales
- Experience dealing with high networth clients is preferred
- Possess great work attitude, coupled with good customer service skills and a high degree of initiative
- Driven and able to work well under pressure to meet the sales targets, and also able to commit to work variable hours
