Job Description
- Progress Monitoring: Keep a close eye on construction programme progress, identify delay events and their impacts, and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and client presentations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create detailed progress reports, S-Curves, progress trackers, and conduct programming health checks to ensure project alignment.
- Recovery & Optimization: Develop recovery programmes and summarise key strategies to overcome challenges, including preparing baseline schedules with resource and cost loading.
- To prepare, coordinate and update the planning requirements program of the project with the objective of ensuring that the program is aligned with target.
- To update the Project Construction program and status of the program in order to generate weekly and monthly reports with respective trend charts
- To prepare and issue program updates as required for internal and client reporting in order to ensure progress is in line with planned objective
- Interact with senior management to provide detailed program and other detailed information necessary in order to substantiate claims
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
- Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines
- Fully conversant with Primavera and Microsoft Project
- Relevant LTA project experience.
