Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team
- Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programmes
- Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources, cost loadings, S-curves, Programme Narratives, and scope appreciation presentation
- Work on progress forecasts and prepare rolling programmes
- Prepare weekly & monthly report to update, track and report project progress against planned schedule
- Prepare & develop micro-programme for specific trades for site planning & coordination
- Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
- Monitor timely submission of drawings & materials with approvals
- Monitor project orders and deliveries are in accordance with agreed schedules
- Carry out in the overall interfacing and coordination works aligning to the baseline schedule with respective discipline in charge
- Prepare & develop claimable EOT as per contractual clauses with commercial team with potential new catch-up programmes
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
- Good understanding of construction industry practices and standards to perform planning and scheduling
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in projects valued at more than $100millions with hands on experience doing planning and scheduling for building projects with external works
- Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Experience in LTA programme preparation, programme requirements and submissions will be an added advantage
- Candidate with 4D BIM knowledge will have an added advantage
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently to produce programmes, narrative and histograms
- Meticulous, eye for details and a good team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- This is a site-based position.
