Job Summary

Develop and manage project schedules for repair, conversion, and newbuild projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate project status to clients through detailed reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project schedules for short- and long-term repair, conversion, and newbuild projects to guide execution and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Identify potential delays or risks in project execution and implement corrective actions to mitigate impact on delivery
  • Analyze critical path activities and dependencies to optimize project timelines and resource utilization
  • Estimate and prepare manpower histograms to support effective workforce planning for repair and conversion projects
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare and manage project documentation and communications
  • Apply project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, to create, update, and track project schedules
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports to clients, ensuring transparent communication of project status and issues

Job Requirements

  • Experience in project planning and scheduling is essential, typically ranging from 3 to 5 years in marine & offshore projects.
