Oversee the day-to-day operation and manage a team of engineers and to be on standby with 24/7 on-call emergency response and availability
Maintaining MEP infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors.
Manage and plan for MEP preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance
Manage and plan for annual shutdown
Prepare monthly reports e.g. energy report, asset report
Manage contractors and projects.
Manage client enquiries and requests
Requirements
Minimum 3 years data center facilities experience.
Operational experience with critical facility equipment/ system that includes but not limited to transformers, generators, DRUPS, UPS, PDU, Chiller System, ,CRAH and Fire System.
Work independently with minimum of supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; must communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain all facility related documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
