Job Description

Our client is a newly established rehabilitation and body conditioning provider in Singapore, primarily serving the Japanese community.
They are currently seeking qualified Senior Physiotherapists to support the launch of their services.

Responsibilities
- Independently conduct advanced physical therapy assessments (ROM, muscle strength, gait, pain, neurological evaluations, etc.)
- Develop and implement treatment programs for complex cases
- Educate and provide technical guidance to junior PT
- Lead case review meetings and facilitate clinical discussions within the team
- Role in risk management and clinical judgment confirmation within physiotherapy.
- Participate in a systematic 3-month training program in Japan after joining
- Deliver effective treatment based on advanced expertise
- Contribute to improving and standardizing clinical quality
- Ensure strict management and accurate documentation of patient information.
- Develop staff and establish educational systems
- Improve services to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirement

Requirements & Preferences

- National license as a Physiotherapist
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with registration as a Physiotherapist in Singapore (AHPC) and holding Full Registration
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience (private pay, acute care, rehabilitation, or home care)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Available to join by May and willing to complete a 3-month training program in Japan (May-June)


- Manual therapy (MT-based), sports rehabilitation, community-based integrated care,
management training
