About the Role
Join Core Concepts Pte Ltd and the Group as a Physiotherapist / Senior Physiotherapist and become part of a dedicated team committed to improving lives through high-quality clinical care. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assess and evaluate clients to identify physical conditions and develop customised, individualised treatment plans.
- Provide manual therapy, prescribe therapeutic exercises, and apply appropriate treatment modalities.
- Monitor, document, and review patients progress, adjusting treatment plans where necessary.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, lifestyle management, and home exercise programmes.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Exercise Specialists and Musculoskeletal Therapists.
- For experienced hires: mentor and support junior staff or interns when required.
- For fresh graduates: actively participate in continuous learning through in-house training, supervision, and professional development programmes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with valid AHPC certification (mandatory), preferably with an interest or specialisation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for building rapport with patients of all ages.
- A growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Candidates with more than three years of relevant experience will be considered for a Senior role.
