Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role involves assessing residents physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. The Senior Physiotherapist will supervise and mentor junior therapists, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in case discussions and care planning. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation sessions, monitoring progress, updating clinical records, and educating residents, families, and caregivers on ongoing care and prevention. The Senior Physiotherapist is also expected to contribute to service improvement initiatives, support clinical audits, and help enhance therapy programs within ECON Healthcare Group's eldercare facilities.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Physiotherapy and full registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body in Singapore.
• Several years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings.
• Strong skills in physical assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for older adults.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and guide junior therapists and therapy assistants in clinical practice.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and with families.
• Strong documentation and clinical reporting skills, with attention to accuracy and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care, safety, and continuous quality improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in eldercare facilities in Singapore, and adapt to a fast-paced, care-focused environment.
• Continuous professional development mindset; experience with clinical initiatives, audits, or program development is an advantage.
