Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist will provide advanced clinical assessment and evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients in an on-site setting in Singapore. This full-time role includes developing individualized care plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions to achieve optimal functional outcomes. The Senior Physiotherapist will mentor junior team members, support case discussions, and contribute to clinical education and quality improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with referring physicians and healthcare partners, and participating in multidisciplinary care planning. The role requires active engagement in patient education, promotion of preventive care, and upholding the practice's values in every patient interaction.

Qualifications

  • Professional clinical skills in physiotherapy, including comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior clinicians, support team learning, and participate in clinical supervision.
  • Organizational and documentation skills to manage caseloads, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory and practice standards.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development, staying updated with current research and best practices in physiotherapy.
  • Recognized physiotherapy qualification, registration or eligibility for registration with relevant Singapore authorities, and several years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports rehabilitation settings, preferably in outpatient or community practice.
  • Demonstrated alignment with values such as integrity, quality care, teamwork, and patient-centered service.
  • AHPC registered .
