- Facilitate transaction processing for all transactional banking products, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing, with zero tolerance for error.
- Provide support with treasury settlements and other operations-related tasks as needed.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.
- Participate in payment-related projects, system enhancements, and industry testing. This includes liaising with stakeholders, submitting requests, drafting, and executing test cases.
- Prior experience in payment operations preferred, with knowledge of SWIFT payment messages and relevant systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong teamwork, dependable and meticulous
- Prefer three years of experience in banking, preferably in Payment Operations
