- Support cash management operations for domestic and cross border payments, including SWIFT, MEPS+, FAST, GIRO and Remittances.
- Ensure payments are processed accurately and within required timelines.
- Investigate and resolve payment breaks, and front operational queries.
- Perform checks and daily transaction reconciliations.
- Participate in operational initiatives, system enhancements and new product implementation.
- A Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in Payment Operations is preferred
- Knowledge of SWIFT/MEPS payment messages and relevant systems would be advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with process improvement or transformation experience.
