About This Position

As a Senior Partner, Employer Reputation & HR Communications, you will design and deploy APAC employer reputation and HR communications strategies to attract, engage and retain talent across the region. Working with local HR, Marketing, Corporate Communications and external partners, you will lead employer branding campaigns, manage social/digital channels and an employee ambassador program, and use data-driven insights to optimize visibility and campaign performance. You will also manage vendors/agencies and contribute to global and cross-functional projects to strengthen Henkel's EVP and external attractiveness.

What You´ll Do

  • Support the Design and deploy APAC employer reputation strategies to attract, engage, and retain talent.
  • Manage and collaborate with key stakeholders across responsible markets, including local HR, employees, Marketing, Corporate Communications and external partners to ensure HR messages are visible, consistent, and engaging internally and externally.
  • Lead employer branding campaigns and materials for targeted audiences, strengthening understanding of Henkel's EVP, culture, and external attractiveness.
  • Manage and optimize social and digital channels, leveraging platform insights, ratings, and reviews to support APAC priorities and global strategy.
  • Manage the employee ambassador program, continuously attracting, engaging, and empowering employees to create and amplify authentic employer brand content.
  • Monitor external trends and campaign performance, applying best practices and data insights to continuously improve employer branding effectiveness.
  • Manage vendors and external agencies support employer branding and campus initiatives.
  • Contribute to global, regional, and cross-functional projects as required.

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR or marketing department.
  • 2+ years employer branding experience.
  • Previous TA experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital tools
  • High level of professional maturity and track record of developing strong client partnerships
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to work undefined situations
  • Strong remote-working interpersonal skillsEffective project and stakeholder management
