Circuit Engineer

About the Role

Our client is a leading semiconductor company specializing in advanced chip design and AI processing technologies. Join our team working on cutting-edge physical design projects for next-generation digital ASIC and AI accelerators.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive physical design implementation from concept through GDSII delivery
• Own back-end implementation flow including placement, routing, and timing closure
• Develop layout designs with PPAC optimization
• Execute STA and Spice signoff procedures
• Implement physical verification solutions for design rule compliance
• Collaborate with teams to optimize chip architectures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science, or Materials Science
• Strong academic foundation with demonstrated excellence
• Solid understanding of IC development processes and digital circuit design
• Experience with EDA tools and semiconductor design methodologies (is a bonus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
