About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge ASIC and AI chip development using the latest process technologies. You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on algorithm design, verification, and testability engineering while contributing to the development of proprietary EDA tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and verify algorithms and logic for advanced ASIC, AI, and CPU chips using state-of-the-art process technologies
- Develop comprehensive chip testability strategies and implement design-for-test methodologies
- Maintain and optimize IC development environments and establish robust tool processes
- Create and enhance proprietary EDA tools to streamline chip design workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and performance targets
- Conduct thorough verification and validation of chip designs throughout development cycles
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design methodologies and processes
- Support debug activities and provide technical guidance on complex design challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Science and Technology, Microelectronics, Information and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, or Materials Science and Engineering
- Strong academic performance with demonstrated curiosity and learning ability in new technical areas
- Solid understanding of IC development processes and semiconductor design principles
- Experience with digital design, verification methodologies, or EDA tools (is a bonus)
- Knowledge of advanced process technologies and design-for-test concepts (is a bonus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
