We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Outlet Manager to oversee operations across multiple high-volume outlets. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to drive revenue through both day-to-day operations and event-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee full outlet operations across assigned locations, ensuring smooth daily functioning
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, beverage standards, service excellence, and cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Drive and achieve monthly revenue targets across outlets
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability
  • Develop and execute initiatives to increase customer traffic and spending

Cost Control & Efficiency

  • Manage and control operating costs, including labour and cost of goods sold (COGS)
  • Optimise manpower planning to ensure productivity and efficiency
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock control and wastage reduction

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, train, and develop outlet teams to meet operational and service standards
  • Build a strong, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching where necessary

Marketing & Events Execution

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events
  • Lead on-ground execution of events to ensure successful delivery
  • Develop and implement recurring event concepts to drive consistent revenue

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achieve combined monthly revenue targets across assigned outlets
  • Maintain operating costs within set thresholds (labour + COGS)
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity
  • Drive successful event execution and revenue contribution

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-outlet or high-volume F&B operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of cost control, inventory manaeventgement, and budgeting
  • Experience in events planning and execution is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
