Oversee daily accounting operations for the groups/ dept.
Perform credit collection and monitor cash flows
Prepare and analyze monthly management reports
Liaise with banker, company auditor, corporate secretary and tax agent
Prepare for monthly Payroll and CPF submission
Procurement and other general duties
Assist the Department Head to carry out the day-to-day HR functions including recruitment & staffing, benefits and training administration, HR compliance, performance management, employee relations and other HR daily operations and administrative duties
