Job Description
Banking Operations (Wholesale) - Cash Management is responsible for activities related to the operational groups that support the revenue generating business lines of the firm. The Corporate and Commercial Banking Operations function is responsible for the operational support to the Corporate and Commercial Banking business areas and/or products, including transaction banking. Responsibilities may include general account operations, loan closing, loan documentation & processing, and other related activities. The Transaction Banking Operations area is responsible for operations and related activities supporting the Transaction Banking business and/or products. The Cash Management focus specializes in routine to complex processes associated with managing the firm's cash as a result of various financial transactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform pre-processing verification of customers remittances and cross-border payments.
- Perform data entry and approve remittance transactions, including handling MT191 charge-related items.
- Ensure all remittances, including timesensitive and critical payments are prioritized, processed and released promptly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely followups and closures.
- Perform daily reconciliation of payment instructions and carry out necessary control checks.
- Perform reconciliation of NOSTRO and General Ledger accounts in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure all processing activities comply with SLA standards and operational guidelines.
