Senior Officer (Leadership Development)

This will be a 1-year contract position based in One North.

Responsibilities:

• Identify gaps in capability of managers and leaders
• Come up with intervention strategy, plan and activities to address the gaps.
• Establish initiatives and solutions to build leadership and managerial capabilities (including creating related contents and materials).
• Support administration and implementation of feedback exercises (including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions).
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors and providers to develop, curate and customize leadership development solutions.
• Administrative support to management and leaders on executive coaching services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the leadership development solutions.
• Facilitate leadership development activities and interventions

Requirement

• 3 - 5 years of relevant leadership/learning development experience
• Track record in implementing leadership development initiatives and projects (360-degree feedback exercise, executive coaching, management programmes, leadership competency framework)
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and as a team
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
