The Job:
Human Resources Functions 80%
Assist in all human resources functions including employee relations, benefits and compensation, training & development, employee records maintenance, work pass applications/renewals/cancellations, re-employment and retirement administration
Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) 10%
Manage work injury and occupational disease reporting, monitor claims and compensation, and support safety initiatives
5S & Continuous Improvement 10%
Sustain 5S culture and support continuous improvement efforts in the workplace
The Person:
Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, including employee relations, HR administration, work pass management and re-employment/retirement processes
Employment laws, government regulations and government organisation and functions (MOM, MOH, WSHC, LTA, CPF etc.)
Strong multitasking and organisational skills, meticulous and detail-oriented, patient, with excellent interpersonal and employee-centric approach.
