The Banking Operations (Wholesale) - Cash Management team supports Corporate and Commercial Banking by managing operational processes for transaction banking and cash management. This includes account operations, loan documentation, and activities related to financial transactions. Transaction Banking Operations manages processes that support the Transaction Banking business and its products. Within this function, Cash Management focuses on handling a wide range of activities from routine tasks to complex operations related to managing the firm's cash flow arising from various financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to set up electronic services for non-individual clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Manage onboarding for non-individual clients, including internet banking, Corporate PayNow, SGQR, and API services.
- Liaise with business units on referrals, queries, and investigations.
- Prepare reports and statistics.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking operations.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and MAS626 regulations preferred.
- Familiarity with eServices (Business Internet Banking, PayNow, SGQR) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
